Affiliate is a term used to describe the professions that support the real estate industry in general and the Affiliate Members of the Cache-Rich Association of REALTORS® in particular. Affiliate Members are the individuals and companies supplying those services. They include title companies, lending institutions, appraisers, home warranty companies, home inspectors, insurance companies and many other specialty companies. Affiliate Members support the Association financially through yearly membership dues and serve as volunteers on many of the Association’s committees.
Before considering engaging a professional for a title report, home inspection, warranty or mortgage, ask that company “Are you an Affiliate Member of the CRAR?”
Approved Affiliate members listen carefully to our REALTORS® and make every effort to understand your needs. They answer questions with obvious knowledge about their specialty and bring you up to date as often as needed. They dedicate time, money and resources to the CRAR on behalf of our REALTORS®.
